Our drop shipping program is really quite simple. There is a one-time set up fee of $19.99 for a dropshipping account.
You can use the images off of our wholesale site. You set your own retail price, sell the products, and the customer pays your site the retail price. Then you forward the order to us via email for shipping. We would prefer that to be a packing slip that we can print out and enclose with your order. So they would know that this order is from you.
Or You can use your own packing slip design and send it to us by email or fax. Here is a samples of packing slip that we suggest.
On the drop ship price list each item is so ld by product number . If the item is not on the price sheet, it is a discontinued item which w e may have not enough inventory or a few sizes left in stock . We will send out notification email regularly to keep you updat ed on new items, discontinue items , or temporary out of stocks and etc.

In order to set up drop ship account with Doggie Designer, we require your credit card information for our file, giving the name on the credit card, the number, expiration date, CVS code on the back of the card , and the billing address where the credit card company bills you. And basic information of your company such as company name, address, phone number, contact email address. Also, sales tax ID number . When we s hip each order, we charge your account the drop ship price and shipping & handling charge. These are both listed on our drop ship price sheet , also on the wholesale site. W e will send you an email with an invoice and shipping confirmation number after shipping.
You can set the retail price and shipping and handling charge at whatever you want. What we will charge you, the shipping and handling basic charge and our drop ship price.
We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving the order via USPS First Class mail. Back ordered items may be delayed. You will be notified if an item is on back order.
Shipping and handling for orders sent to US addresses is a base charge of $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional clothing or jewelry item in the order, $1.00 for each additional hair pin in the order. For addresses outside of the US, the base charge is $12.00.

Exceptions to this are:
- Shipping charge for all carriers is $15.00 to US addresses, $25.00 to Canada, and $40.00 to overseas countries.
Additional carriers within the same order are charged $12 for shipping in the US and $20 to all other countries.
- Shipping charge for ceramic dog bowls and treat jars is $12.00 in the US, $20 to Cananda, and $35 to overseas countries.
- Shipping charge for beds is $20.00 in the US, $30.00 to Canada, and $40.00 to overseas countries. Additional beds within the same order are charge $15 in the US and $25 outside of the US.

We ship within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we ship through the US Postal Service.
On exchanges or refunds, we will handle that for you. Have them send it back to us with a note saying what size they want, etc. If they want a refund, and we receive the item back, we will refund you and you handle it with the customer. If you have a no refund policy, you need to let us know. Mostly, what we get are exchanges for sizes, which will be no problem for you, except we will have to charge your credit card for shipping again. You may charge your customer , it 's all up to your company policy. When they send it back , we will send them the right size. People all think their dog is little, but we have 5 sizes for "little" dogs. We would like to encourage you to put our size chart on our product. Sizes may vary with each company you sell.
If th ese are all agreeable with you, send me your credit card information and company information, we
will set up the account. Once you r account is s et up, you would be permitted to add our products and to use pictures to download to your site. In order to download pictures, you should link to our wholesale site at www.doggiedesigner.com/wholesale.htm and then you can click on thumb nail picture, then new window will pop up with larger picture , then right click and select save picture as... Or there is "Download" top/right side menu bar(in red), we provided our product pictures with few different formats and printable catalog.
